Our Mission
Falcon coordination specializes In MEP stage 5 coordination across multiple sectors, including healthcare, education, residential, office fit outs & Data centers, to name a few. We support architects, engineers, and contractors by delivering accurate, compliant models and drawings that integrate seamlessly into live project workflows. We operate flexibly across projects of varying size and complexity, providing reliable technical expertise and clear communication throughout all project stages. At Falcon coordination, we use a wealth of previous site experience to understand your on-site needs. We take a hands-on approach with all our projects and include weekly model reviews with not only the client, but other subcontractors alike - working as a team to overcome any coordination issues. We ensure that key dates are met and, in some cases, improved.
About Us
- MEP 3D Coordination
Modelling and coordinating services to the highest standard and delivering a clash free model. In some cases, this includes clips and bracketry to ensure the services are buildable, accessible and maintainable.
- 3D BWIC Modelling & 2Ds
Modelling services/BWIC in line with latest fire stopping spatial parameters. Producing detailed end sheets that provide BWIC size, location and type (fire rated or non-fire rated)
- Clash Detection
All of our models are run through Navisworks Clash detective during the QA Process and each clash is reviewed and resolved before client submittal.
- MEP 2D Sheets
Stage 5 detailed sheets produced with the inclusion of isometric views, sections and call-outs for pinch point areas, giving enough information to the installer so these 2D sheets can actually be installed to.
- CObie Data Input/Asset tagging
Once a Model is completed our team can add COBie or similar data parameters to the equipment within the model, leaving the client with a model that can be used for maintenance information.
-DFMA (Design for manufacture & assembly)
In recent years, we have worked on projects relying on off-site manufactured modules. We provided full coordination of MEP floor plate modules, riser modules and plant skids. Also providing fully detailed spool drawings for manufacture.
